My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though small and basic, had a lovely view of Via Toledo and were filled with beautiful pieces of art that had their unique imperfections. The service was outstanding, with attentive and welcoming staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. The location, while convenient, was right in the center of a busy street with some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was hit or miss, as the food was prepared with care but didn't always meet expectations. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the historical building with its courtyard and balcony was charming, the room was quite chilly, requiring me to wear winter clothes throughout the night. The location on the bustling shopping street was great for exploring, but the dining experience left much to be desired.
